The buyer has not received the goods or services as agreed upon in the escrow agreement.
The goods or services received are significantly not as described in the escrow agreement.
There is a clear breach of the terms of the escrow agreement by the seller.

Refund Process:
To request a refund, the buyer must follow these steps:


Notification
The buyer must notify GuardBox - Escrow of the issue by submitting a refund request through the platform's designated support channels.

Documentation
The buyer must provide sufficient evidence to support the refund claim, such as transaction details, communication with the seller, and any other relevant documentation.

Review
GuardBox - Escrow will review the refund request and the provided documentation to determine the validity of the claim.


Decision:
If the refund is approved, GuardBox - Escrow will initiate the refund process by returning the cryptocurrency assets to the buyer's designated wallet.

Refund Timing:
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days from the date of the refund approval. 
The actual time for the cryptocurrency to reflect in the buyer's wallet may vary depending on blockchain confirmation times.


Refund Method:
All refunds are issued in the form of cryptocurrency assets. 
GuardBox - Escrow does not handle fiat currencies and will only return the exact type and amount of cryptocurrency held in escrow.

Non-Refundable Situations:
The following situations are generally non-refundable:
The buyer has changed their mind about the purchase and the seller has fulfilled their part of the agreement.
The buyer fails to provide sufficient evidence to support the refund claim.
The refund request is made outside the specified timeframe for claims as outlined in the escrow agreement.

Changes to This Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time. 
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Refund Policy on our website.
